PLAN OF SALVATION

If you were to die right now, do you know for sure that you would go to heaven? This is the most important question of your life. If you’re not sure, you can be.

The first step in accepting salvation is to realize that you need a Savior. You must recognize and admit that you are a sinner.

Romans 3:10 says, “There is none righteous, no not one.”
There is no one who is “good enough” to deserve salvation.
Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”

But even though we didn’t deserve it, Jesus still died for us so that we could live in Heaven with Him.
Romans 5:8 says, “But God demonstrates His love for us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

There are only two choices for us. We can stay in our sin and face its consequences, or we can accept God’s gift of everlasting life
Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Yes, salvation is free to us, it was paid for with the blood of Jesus Christ. All you have to do is recognize that you cannot earn salvation, and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior right now. He will save you.
Romans 10:9 says, “If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, You shall be saved.”

Romans 10:13 says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Right now, bow your head and confess to God that you are a sinner. Tell Him that you believe Christ died on the cross for your sins and rose from the grave victorious over sin, death and Hell. Ask Him to forgive you of your sins, and come into your heart and save you now.

If you prayed this and trusted God to do all He has promised, then rest assured God is faithful and He has saved you. Now you must tell others what God has done for you so that they can rejoice with you. Salvation is not something to be ashamed about. Find a church in which you can learn and grow as a new Christian. Praise God for the gift of His Salvation
